ZeaBiz is a service/brand operated by Zealantis Global Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These Terms of Service describe the conditions that apply when you use ZeaBiz websites, subscriptions, managed services and related platform features. Company and eligibility
ZeaBiz is a service/brand operated by Zealantis Global Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. You must have authority to enter into the applicable agreement and purchase services for the business or person represented. You agree to provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
Subscriptions and pricing
The monthly website plan is $59/month. The annual website plan is $499/year; $59 multiplied by twelve is $708, so the annual saving is $209 and the approximate effective monthly equivalent is $41.58 when billed annually. The $41.58 figure is not monthly billing.
Billing and plan changes
The application’s billing workflow controls charges, subscription status and any renewal behavior. Monthly-to-annual changes are supported according to the workflow. Annual-to-monthly changes take effect after the current annual subscription term ends. Failed payments may result in notices, restricted service or suspension according to the account terms.
Website production and Active Production
Projects move through subscription, onboarding, data verification, clarification where needed, production readiness, a production queue, Active Production, designing/building, initial build completion, customer review, revisions, final approval, domain/launch setup and live operation. Registration, payment, subscription, onboarding or queue entry do not by themselves mean Active Production has begun. Active Production is the point at which ZeaBiz begins substantive website production work. For standard, production-ready projects, ZeaBiz targets an initial website build within approximately 7 business days after Active Production begins. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. High demand can delay the production start. Customer and third-party delays may pause progress.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate business information, timely clarification and review, access you control, and the rights and permissions needed for logos, trademarks, images, domains and other supplied materials.
Customer materials and ZeaBiz technology
You retain applicable rights in customer-provided logos, trademarks, images, content and business data. You grant ZeaBiz a limited licence to use those materials to provide the service. ZeaBiz and Zealantis retain applicable rights in platform technology, reusable software, internal systems, automation, management tools, infrastructure and proprietary components.
Hosting and optional services
Managed hosting is included while the applicable website subscription remains active. Business email is an optional $5.99 per-mailbox service. Google Ads management is $299/month and Meta Ads management is $229/month; advertising spend and third-party charges are separate. Domain registration and renewal are separate unless explicitly included.
Website transfer
An eligible transferable version may be requested after the applicable annual subscription term. A monthly-plan transfer after cancellation is subject to the $299 website transfer fee. Transfers do not automatically include ZeaBiz platform code, proprietary infrastructure, internal systems, server configurations, deployment systems, third-party licences, subscriptions or other non-transferable components.
Third-party services
Domains, registrars, payment processors, advertising platforms, analytics tools, email infrastructure and other external services may have separate terms, fees, availability and operational limits.
Search, advertising and service disclaimers
ZeaBiz provides search-friendly and machine-readable foundations where appropriate, but does not guarantee rankings, indexing, AI citations, leads, sales, revenue, advertising performance, ROAS or conversion volume.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted where necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful use, abuse or material violation of these terms. Account-specific cancellation, refund and transfer rules are described in the applicable policies.
Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided subject to the applicable agreement and law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZeaBiz does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or outcomes controlled by third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing-law working draft and contact
Wyoming is the current working governing-law jurisdiction because Zealantis Global Technologies LLC is formed there. Venue, jurisdiction, dispute resolution and other legal framework details remain subject to professional legal review; no arbitration or class-action waiver is created by this statement.
